“Granby Mining” Day 5

Day 5: April 9, 2007 Crowder Artists Press Forward on Granby Mural! Crowder painting students continued work on the Granby Mining Museum's mural yesterday. They completed nearly one third of the base coat of color. They also installed a rope and 5 gallon bucket, which helped speed up the raising and lowering of painting supplies on the scaffold. Dick Keezer from IPB Video Productions was there to take more video footage of the work in progress. Weather permitting, we will continue working on the mural on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from about 1:30 - 4:30. Feel free to pay us a visit anytime!
